CARE Austria contracted EPI CENTAR International to carry out a writing of proposal for the rural private sector development programme.

The proposal writing included the following implemented tasks:

• To provide outputs according to the tender documents / guidelines developed by the donor.To elaborate all sections of the template provided by CARE Austria according to Tender response plan.
• To prepare a draft version of the proposal according to the Tender response plan.
• To cooperate and exchange ideas with the CARE Austria tender adviser and CARE adviser in the Caucasus region on the proposal for development ;
• Continuous adaption of the proposal according to Tender Response plan and feedback from project partners / experts;
• Submission of a final version to CARE Austria according to Tender Response plan
