EPI CENTAR International was contracted by SIDA to evaluate the second SFARM project and produce a quality assurance report. EPI CENTAR prepared a report including:

• Analysis and Issues identified
• Analysis of the necessary contribution to the FFRM stability
• Analysis and review of the training
• Policy and strategy review
• Cost effectiveness evaluation
• Proposal for further actions
