Feasibility study for PPP for construction of prefabricated multi-storey garages in the Clinics

EPICENTAR International was contracted by the Ministry of Health to prepare a feasibility study for PPP for construction of prefabricated multi-storey garages in the Mother Teresa Clinic Complex.
The aim of the study is to: (1) assess the need for parking spaces within the clinic complex (CC) by designing different scenarios to overcome this problem, (2) to propose basic parameters for the construction of multi-storey garages, ( 3) to make a financial assumption on the costs of construction of parking multi-storey garages, (4) propose a model of financing through public-private partnership.
Within the study, two possible scenarios for construction of prefabricated multi-storey garages were proposed: 1) Construction of 3 (three) prefabricated multi-storey garages were envisaged, one of which envisages construction of a heliport, 2) Construction of 2 (two) ) prefabricated multi-storey garages, where the heliodrom remains at the existing location in the complex of the Mother Teresa Clinical Center.
