External evaluation of projects in Kosovo and Albania
Project Description
EPI CENTAR International has been engaged by We Effect to make an evaluation of Projects funded by WeEffect in Kosovo and Albania,
“To contribute to the sustainable improvement of the livelihood of people in Puka rural areas” - Albania and “Poverty alleviation and reconciliation in rural areas Kosovo”- Kosovo.
The evaluation was focused on organizational capacity, project objectives and results (impact, outcomes and outputs) including implementation processes.
