Epi Centar International, within the framework of the "National Platform for Women's Entrepreneurship (NPWE)" project co-financed by the European Union, has been hired to prepare a Public Policy document for the Green Transition of Businesses. For this purpose, an event was held with the project partners on May 19, 2023, attended by women entrepreneurs from various sectors, focused on a dialogue about what support is needed for the sustainable development of companies in the direction of the green transition.

Within the framework of the project, a sectoral group for "Green transition of businesses" was formed, in which companies managed by women are members in order to contribute to the development of policies and recommendations for the transition to a green economy in women's entrepreneurship through their professional experience. Using their expertise, the sector group provided the event with significant insights and guidance to encourage sustainable practices in business.

Based on the discussion and highlighted proposals, Epi Center International will develop a policy with recommendations for the green transition of businesses at the national level, taking into account regional and international experiences and best practices.

Epi Centar International remains dedicated to supporting and promoting the growth of women entrepreneurs and the held event has a significant role in the implementation of expert engagement and development of cooperation in order to support female entrepreneurship.
